BACILOS + COTI

On July 15th we will be part of a grand celebration of Latin music at Es Jardí Mallorca with Bacilos and Coti. Bacilos is a Grammy Award–winning band and a three-time Latin Grammy winner, recognized for blending acoustic pop with Latin folklore and Caribbean rhythms. Founded in Miami by Jorge Villamizar (Colombia) and André Lopes (Brazil), the group achieved worldwide fame with hits such as ‘Caraluna’, ‘Tabaco y Chanel’, and ‘Mi Primer Millón’. After reuniting in 2017, the band incorporated Cuban musicians, bringing freshness and rhythmic depth to their sound. Their most recent album, Pequeños Romances (2024), stands out for its live instrumentation and emotive lyrics. 

Argentine singer, musician, and songwriter Coti, author of true gems of Spanish-language rock, is one of the most accomplished musicians on the Latin music scene. He has composed and sung major international hits that we know by heart, such as ‘Nada fue un error’, ‘Otra vez’, ‘Antes que ver el sol’ or ‘Color esperanza’. He has achieved Gold, Platinum, and Double Platinum records in Spain, Argentina, Mexico, and Colombia, and has won two Grammy Awards, an Ondas Award in Spain, and a Gardel Award in Argentina, amongst other accolades. In recent years, he has consistently released songs with artists such as Argentinian band Bándalos Chinos and Marwan as well as his own tracks like ‘Madrid sin Vos’. In 2025, he celebrated the 20th anniversary of Esta Mañana y Otros Cuentos and released his latest work, Serenata en Mi Mayor para un amor y un atardecer.
